International İSTE-FeSt 2019 symposium has a specific manuscript format which you can download a document file. Please be aware that all submissions and presentations need to be done in English.Abstract and full papers must be sent through Registration page.
1. Abstracts of all the works to be presented in the symposium must be prepared and sent according to the related format. Presentation will not be allowed until abstract is sent and the participation fee is paid.

2. All the full text works presented at the symposium will be published in the Journal of Material Science and Electronic Devices, after being reviewed by referees, which is indexed in Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). This journal is stated as international refereed journal according to rules. Please visit the web page at: http://dergi-fytronix.com/index.php/jmed.

3. Selected full texts by the scientific committee will be published in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) after being reviewed by referees.
However for IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), 55 EURO referees and printing fees will be paid for each article. The selected works will be announced 7 days before the symposium and a special template will be send to the authors separately. Those full texts must be submitted and fee will be paid at the registration desk on the first day of the symposium to the secretariat. If payment is not made, it will be published in the journal as stated in article 2.
IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) are indexed in Scopus, as well as EI Compendex and Inspec. One important point to note, is that IOP Conference Series is not covered by SCI (proceedings journals are not indexed in SCI, they are indexed within a separate database, the CPC-I); this means that all proceedings journals are not issued with an Impact Factor. However, the articles appear on the ISI Web of Knowledge and are available on cite sites.
